1.Responsible for overall structural design and new‑product R&D of COB and Box‑type optical devices.
2.Conduct component selection, evaluation and verification for core parts of COB and Box‑type optical devices, including chips, optical elements and mechanical structures.
3.Complete overall product scheme design, prototype fabrication, performance testing, reliability validation and root‑cause analysis of defective products.
4.Cooperate with production lines to optimize manufacturing processes, formulate improvement solutions, and continuously boost production yield and product stability.
5.Compile, file and maintain various R&D documents such as design drawings, technical specifications and test reports generated in the development cycle.
6.Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to drive the full‑cycle implementation of new products from R&D and pilot run to mass production.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Optics, Electronic Communication or related disciplines.
3.Familiar with key manufacturing processes of COB and Box products including die‑attach, wire‑bonding and coupling; solid theoretical foundation in optics and mechanical structure.
4.Proficient in optical simulation tools such as Zemax and Matlab; capable of independently modeling, simulating and analyzing complex optical systems. Skilled in structural design software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
5.Capable of independent R&D tackling and troubleshooting. Good communication skills with strong teamwork awareness and project execution capability.
6.Prior experience in mass‑production implementation of optical devices is preferred.

2.At least 3‑year experience in high‑speed transceiver circuit design. Prior experience in development and mass‑production of 200G/400G/800G and higher‑rate optical transceivers is preferred.

1.Identify potential global customers via industry platforms, overseas exhibitions and online channels; build up customer database, proactively acquire new customers and expand overseas business channels. Take charge of overseas exhibition participation and brand promotion activities.
2.Maintain existing key overseas accounts; conduct regular online‑offline customer visits, promptly respond to customers’ technical and commercial requirements, properly handle customer inquiries and complaints, so as to strengthen customer loyalty and foster long‑term partnerships.
3.Keep real‑time track of overseas optical‑communication market trends, pricing system and competitor dynamics. Compile market research data and deliver market analysis reports to support the company’s overseas product pricing and market‑strategy adjustment.
4.Study policies, regulations, trade rules and local market characteristics of target overseas markets, evaluate market opportunities and operational risks, and put forward suggestions for localized product promotion and sales strategies.
5.Formulate personal quarterly and monthly sales plans in alignment with the company’s annual overseas sales targets. Execute end‑to‑end commercial work including business negotiation, quotation and contract signing to achieve performance KPIs.
6.Monitor order execution progress, maintain close communication with internal departments, coordinate and resolve issues arising in order processing, ensure on‑time, high‑quality and full‑quantity product delivery to customers, and guarantee timely payment collection.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, no restriction on majors; majors in optoelectronics, communications, electronics or other science‑and‑engineering disciplines are preferred.
2.Aged 30‑40. Minimum 3 years of working experience in overseas sales and key‑account management within the optical‑communication industry. Candidates with established overseas customer resources and proven benchmark deal cases are preferred.
3.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; capable of conducting full‑cycle business and technical communication with overseas clients independently. CET‑4/CET‑6, IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent English certificates are preferred.
4.Familiar with the full workflow of international trade as well as import‑export laws and regulations. Possess professional commercial skills covering international business negotiation, foreign‑trade contract drafting and letter‑of‑credit operation; able to handle complete overseas business workflows independently.
5.Keen market insight, solid business‑development capability and sales‑negotiation skills; capable of quickly capturing customers’ core requirements.
