Job Responsibilities
1.Rotation tracks for fresh graduates: Sales, R&D, Automation, IT and Human Resources.

2.Take part in internal job rotations. Acquire professional knowledge of each position under mentor guidance to rapidly build job‑related competencies.

3.Engage in cross‑department collaboration, assist in solving practical project issues and accumulate teamwork experience.

4.Regularly summarize work deliverables and learning insights, participate in technical sharing sessions and internal training, and gradually grow into core professional talents or management reserves.

Job Requirements
1.Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electronics, Optoelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, English or other related disciplines.

2.CET‑4 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

3.Strong learning agility and logical thinking; capable of quickly mastering new skills and applying them to practical work.

4.Good communication skills and team‑player mindset. Prior experience as student leader or in project practice is preferred.
